You have 14 days to return it

No reason needed — though if you tell me, it is easier to fix what can be fixed. The form takes a minute.

    Your order number and the email you ordered with.

  2. 2I get back to you

    Usually the same day, with return instructions.

  3. 3You send the parcel back

    Your money comes back once it arrives.

Photos and PDFs, up to 3 files, 8 MB each. The form comes straight to me, not to any outside company.

Worth knowing

  • 14 dni to change your mind, counting from the day the parcel arrives.
  • The item should come back unused, in the condition it arrived in.
  • If something arrived uszkodzone — send a photo and I will replace it or refund you without asking for it back.
  • Rzeczy robione made to special order (unusual colour, engraving) may not be returnable — write to me and we will work it out.
  • Return postage is on the buyer, unless the reason is my mistake or damage.
